This is a civil action for declaratory relief and money damages brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiffs are inmates at the Waupun Correctional Institution. They contend that they were denied due process because they were found guilty of major conduct offenses by a disciplinary committee that included the acting supervisor of the inmate complaint system, and because the committee's findings of guilt were not supported...
