(PGC) filed this suit against Celeron Corporation, now Louisiana Intrastate Gas Corporation (LIG), seeking money damages, specific performance, a permanent injunction, and other relief arising from a claimed breach by LIG of its obligations under the take-or-pay provisions of a contract between the parties.
