NORRIS, Judge.

This is a workers compensation case in which the plaintiff, Bobby Brown, fell off a truck at work and sustained a lower-back injury. He received workers comp benefits for about nine weeks until the compensation board, acting on a physician's release, determined that he was able to work again. Despite the work release, Brown continued to suffer from pain and continued treatment with various physicians and a chiropractor.
