This is an appeal from the granting of a summary judgment and an attorneys' fee award for plaintiffs/appellees, Leroy Bursey, Marianna Thomas, Burwell Thompson, J.T. Luther and Earl Wilson, Jr. The trial court found that defendants/appellants, Arthur and Margaret Rosas, breached a settlement agreement between themselves and appellees.
