This is an appeal from a judgment which enforced a final award and order of the Workers' Compensation Board (Board) pursuant to KRS 342.305.

Appellee Michael Lee Kells was originally an employee of appellant W.T. Sistrunk & Company (Sistrunk). On May 2, 1982, Kells suffered a work-related injury.
