James Hicks, III was convicted by a jury of aggravated robbery. The jury assessed his punishment at life and a $10,000 fine. Hicks contends under his first point of error that the evidence is insufficient to support his conviction in that he "was not identified as the person [who committed the robbery]." He also claims under his second and third points of error that the trial court erred in permitting the State's witness Mike Downs, a Longview police...
