HILL, Justice.

Plaintiffs instituted the present action for breach of implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Trial was by jury, and a verdict was rendered against defendant, Furgat Tractor & Equipment, Inc. Defendant appeals. We reverse.
