Appellant William "Rick" Malecha brought this action against respondent St. Croix Valley Skydiving Club, Inc. (the Skydiving Club) and Lite Flight, Inc. seeking to recover damages for the injuries he incurred in a skydiving accident. The trial court granted the Skydiving Club summary judgment on the basis of a waiver of liability form that appellant signed.
