This appeal concerns the constitutionality of the Chicago Leaded Gasoline Tax Ordinance (Chicago, Illinois, Municipal Code 1984, ch. 200.9, eff. January 1, 1985 (Municipal Code)) which imposes a 7¢ tax on the sale of leaded gasoline in Chicago. The plaintiffs, Illinois Gasoline Dealers Association, Dave's Standard Service, Dave Goldberg...
