The Parkers, husband and wife also acting as next friend of their three minor children, appeal from a declaratory judgment. TEX.REV.CIV.STAT.ANN. art. 2524-1 (Vernon 1965).1

An earlier jury trial resulted in a substantial jury verdict in favor of the Parkers for the death of their teen-age daughter. An insurance company, not now a party, brought the declaratory judgment action against the Parkers and the driver...
