Before us is defendants' motion for a stay of trial or to compel arbitration. 9 U.S.C. secs. 1, 2, 3. Federal jurisdiction has been asserted under 15 U.S.C. secs. 77a, 78a. See 28 U.S.C. sec. 1331.
