The former husband, James Norman Nelson, appeals an order adjudging him in contempt of court for failing to pay certain expenses of support of his minor son. The order provides in pertinent part:

[T]he Respondent has had over the period of time in question the means with which to make such payments .. . within the next 45 days. The Court further finds that the Respondent is responsible for the payment of one half of the following expenses:...
