Employer, Friendship Village, and insurer, St. Paul Companies, are appealing from a decision of the Workers' Compensation Court of Appeals which affirmed a settlement award to an employee allegedly injured on the job and awarded two intervenors, Aetna Life and Casualty (Aetna) and Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS), full reimbursement of their payments to the employee.
