Defendant appeals from her conviction on two counts of trafficking in controlled substances and conspiracy. Defendant's notice of appeal was filed more than a year late and, upon filing her notice of appeal, defendant alleges that the failure to timely file notice of appeal was the result of ineffective assistance of counsel.
