This is a suit by plaintiff, Shara Lyn Sneed, a minor, to recover damages from the estate of her deceased father, Gerald W. Sneed, for the wrongful death of her mother and brother and for bodily injury suffered by plaintiff, as the result of the crash of an airplane piloted by her father.
