KENNEDY, Justice.

Trial was to the court without a jury, and the court awarded the Nueces County Hospital District, doing business as Memorial Medical Center (Memorial), $154,388.42, plus interest and attorneys' fees. Memorial sued to collect for medical and hospital services rendered to Salvador Garcia in 1982.1 San Patricio County raises three points challenging the evidence.
