The state appeals a pretrial order suppressing evidence seized under a warrant, on the ground that the supporting affidavit was inadequate under ORS 133.545(3) and the Oregon and federal constitutions. The warrant, which authorized the search of two residences owned or controlled by defendant and her husband, Marvin, was issued on the basis of information provided to the affiant by two unnamed confidential informants.
