This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court denying appellants' petition for temporary injunction. On May 13, 1986, we enjoined respondent from taking any action that would destroy the residential use of appellants' property and from continuing condemnation proceedings in the County Court at Law. We now reverse the judgment of the trial court and order appellants' injunction...
