This appeal calls for an interpretation of a contract for the sale of land between L.W. and Carutha Johnson, appellants, and Clarence and Rosie Carr, appellees. The contract was made in 1966 and provided that:

for an additional ten dollars and other good and valuable consideration, ... the sellers shall have the option to repurchase the real property involved in this contract in the event purchasers decide to sell ... in the event the purchasers...
