ERICKSTAD, Chief Justice.

Little and Dietz have appealed from a partial summary judgment1 dismissing several claims in an action they filed as a result of their termination as assistant attorneys general. We affirm.

On the second working day of his term as Attorney General, Spaeth dismissed Little and Dietz from their positions as assistant attorneys general. Little and Dietz asserted that they were classified employees
