We granted certiorari to consider the single question raised by relator: whether the trial court's finding that highway defects caused the vehicular homicides and injuries arising from a head-on collision was clearly or manifestly erroneous because the trial court based its determination on the experts' conjectures and assumptions in disregard of the eyewitnesses' testimony.
