Defendant, Thomas L. Hawkins, was charged by bill of information with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute in violation of LSA-R.S. 40:966(A)(1). The defendant filed a motion to suppress physical evidence, to wit, the marijuana seized from his residence. After an evidentiary hearing, the court denied the defendant's motion.
