Plaintiff Roland Durepos appeals from a judgment entered in favor of the Town of Van Buren in a suit seeking relief for the unlawful termination of his employment. The Superior Court (Aroostook County) ruled in defendant's favor at the conclusion of a jury-waived trial. On appeal, plaintiff contends that the Superior Court erred in finding that his termination did not violate statutory and constitutional provisions for notice and hearing. We find...
