OPINION BY SENIOR JUDGE KALISH, November 6, 1986:

Appellant, Ian Bonise, appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County which sustained the Department of Transportation's (DOT) suspension of his driver's license. We affirm.
