Following a jury trial, appellant James Cox was convicted of one count of attempted sexual assault. On appeal he raises two assignments of error: (1) the district court erred by excluding evidence that the complainant applied for a license as an escort shortly after the alleged incident occurred; and (2) the prosecutor improperly expressed to the jury her personal opinion of appellant's guilt...
