Plaintiff sued defendant for a separation and defendant counterclaimed for divorce on grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment and abandonment. Plaintiff withdrew her action and the matter proceeded to trial by jury on defendant's counterclaims. The jury returned a unanimous verdict for defendant on both grounds. The verdict was set aside on plaintiff's motion as being against the weight of evidence and a judgment of no cause of action was granted...
