MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This is an appeal from an order of the Bankruptcy Court denying petitioner's request for attorney's fees, 55 B.R. 207 (Bkrtcy.Pa.1985). For the reasons which follow, the decision is affirmed.
