In this diversity action James V. Clemente appeals from an order entered by Judge Robert W. Sweet of the Southern District of New York awarding judgment in the amount of $20,543.17 to Sheffield Commercial Corporation on its breach of contract claim based on Clemente's failure to make payments required by an automobile lease agreement.
