This appeal follows a take-nothing judgment against appellants and a judgment for $9,467.32 plus interest and costs for appellees on their counterclaim.

S.I. Property Owners' Association, Inc., a corporation composed of 107 property owners, brought suit against the Pabst Corporation, the Selkirk Island Corporation, the Estate of Julius Pabst and Elizabeth T. Pabst (widow of Julius Pabst), for misapplication and improper use...
