Liberty Steel Company appeals from a judgment awarding Guardian Title Company of Houston, Inc. a money judgment for Liberty's alleged breach of a written indemnity agreement. Guardian obtained an award of $15,000 plus interest under a certain contract of indemnity, plus an award of $15,552.50 in attorney's fees, with an additional sum for attorney's fees in the event of an appeal.
