This is an original action in mandamus where the petitioners, four students between the ages of twelve and fourteen, were expelled from Mineral County schools by the respondents, Shirley D. Ball, Superintendent of Schools, and the Mineral County School Board for one year for making false bomb threats. The students are asking this Court to reinstate them in school.
