Warren Maser and American Motorists Insurance Company, defendants in the trial court, appeal from a final judgment on the jury verdict awarding $10,000 to Tracy Fioretti for injuries she received in an automobile accident. Fioretti had sustained injuries as a result of two unrelated auto accidents and sued each of the drivers in a joint suit. Maser was alleged to be responsible for the second accident. Prior to trial Fioretti settled the first accident...
