Maria Socorro Delgado-Corea and her daughter, Aminta Espino-Delgado, seek review of an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals dismissing their appeal from the decision of an immigration judge finding them deportable and ordering that they be deported back to Nicaragua. Mrs. Delgado and her daughter claim that the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) violated its own regulations by not providing them with a list of free legal services...
