BUSSEY, Judge:

Donald Gene Hamby, appellant, was convicted of Indecent Exposure, After Former Conviction of a Felony in the District Court of Tulsa County in Case No. CRF-83-4266 and sentenced to ten (10) years imprisonment, and he appeals.
