This appeal from a conviction of appellant for procuring the premeditated murder of her husband in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1111 and 2, together with an appeal from denial of a motion for new trial, raises some ten issues. The facts are unusually sordid, the trial hard fought by able counsel, and many of the challenged rulings of the district judge close calls.
