After making an unsuccessful offer to purchase the KCRL-TV station from respondents, the executors of the estate of E.L. Cord, appellant Washoe Broadcasting Company petitioned the district court pursuant to NRS 148.090, for an order requiring the sale of the estate's interest in the station to it.
