I. FACTS AND PROCEDURE

On June 27, 1977, Kearns purchased a new Honda GL1000 motorcycle from Lewiston Cycle and Auto, Inc., in Lewiston, Idaho. The Honda was manufactured and sold by Defendant American Honda Motor Co., Inc.
