Wilbern Tell seeks further review of a decision of the Minnesota Court of Appeals. The appeals court affirmed the trial court's judgment, which held Wilbern in contempt of court for failure to pay Patricia Tell child support and which assessed child support arrearages of $2,000. The court, however, reversed that part of the trial court's judgment which held that Patricia had no available source of income to be considered in determining her ability...
