Appellant, Estate of Ronald L. Wigley and Eleanor Holasek appeal the judgment of the trial court in favor of respondents Great-West Life Assurance Company and its agent, Richard Mikkelson. Appellant seeks to recover the proceeds of a life insurance policy issued by Great-West and allegedly in force at the time of Wigley's death.
