The district court entered summary judgment against plaintiff Cindy Oliver in her tort action against defendants Sioux City Community School District, and its employee, Cindy Ericson. It held that the plaintiff had not complied with the notice provisions in Iowa Code section 613A.5 (1983), a condition precedent to maintaining her action.
