A worker appeals her disqualification from unemployment benefits because she quit work due to a religious conflict.

Mary Gleason worked as a porter at Lakeside Shopping Center almost three years. During at least the first six months the porters wore clothing of their choice, but sometime thereafter a pants and shirt uniform became mandatory.
