(ATL), appeal the district court's denial of their motion to amend their complaint to include state common law claims for negligent and intentional misrepresentations. The court refused the amendment based upon a finding that the state law claims would be preempted by § 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 185.
