The parental rights of both J.L.L.'s parents were terminated by a court order dated February 2, 1986. The father appeals, arguing that the evidence does not mandate termination. He contends that the trial court erred in relying on evidence of past abuse and failed to cite evidence of on-going abuse of the child by appellant at the time of the hearing; that the evidence does not support a finding that his present inability to assume...
