Elwood Erickson has filed an appeal from a judgment of divorce entered by the District Court of Grand Forks County. On appeal, Elwood has raised, in essence, the following two issues:

(1) Whether or not the trial court's property division is clearly erroneous; and (2) Whether or not the trial court was biased against Elwood thereby denying him a fair and impartial trial.
