The plaintiff appeals the trial court's grant of a summary judgment in favor of defendants. The plaintiff raises two assignments of error:

(1) The trial court incorrectly found Snider v. Murray1 applicable. (2) The court erred in not finding that when construed most favorably to the plaintiff the terms of the two policies provided coverage.

We find no merit in the two assignments...
