Leona Baker, as administratrix of the estate of Edgar Baker, deceased, appeals from a decree of the Independence County Chancery Court quieting title to three tracts of land in the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission. We conclude that the chancellor erred in confirming title to two of the tracts and reverse that portion of the decree.
