This case involves the right of Comfort Independent School District (District) to collect taxes on land and personalty in Kerr County owned by Youth Camps, Inc. (Youth Camps). Youth Camps admits that the district is entitled to judgment for the taxes for the tax years 1976-81 both inclusive, unless Youth Camps established that the property is exempt from taxation because Youth Camps is a "youth development association."
