Following a bench trial in the county court, defendant, Richard Hruza, was adjudged guilty of issuing an insufficient-fund check in violation of Neb.Rev.Stat. § 28-611(3) (Cum.Supp.1984). He was thereafter sentenced to 15 days in jail and ordered to make restitution in the sum of $2,225.09, the amount of the check, and to pay costs.
