A-A-A Electrical Co., Inc. ("A-A-A") and William T. Wilson, the company's owner and president, appeal their convictions entered on guilty pleas1 of conspiracy in restraint of trade, in violation of Section 1 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1.2 Finding their appeal to be without merit, we affirm.
