MEMORANDUM.

The order of the Appellate Division should be reversed, the plea vacated, the motion to suppress granted, and the case remitted to the trial court for further proceedings on the indictment.

The defendant was arrested and taken to the police station where he was advised of his rights and confronted with statements made by the victim and her mother. When he stated "I might need a lawyer", the police officer...
